Each house would have its own LLC. Each owner would hold 25%. TOYLUX manages it. The four houses below are illustrative models, not an offer.
Who stays
Family, dependents even when the owner is away, guests, parties, and pets. Damage is paid by the person who caused it.
Costs and resale
Maintenance, staff, cleaning, garden, pool, utilities, and that LLC’s reserve, split four ways. On a resale the order is TOYLUX, the other owners, then an approved buyer. Management and resale fees vary by property and are disclosed in each offering.
